Molecular Characterization
Source / Host Mammalian cell
Tag C-terminal 6xHis-tagged
Protein Length Partial
Molecular Weight 28.9 kDa
Formulation Lyophilized from a 0.2 μm filtered 20 mM Tris-HCl, 0.5 M NaCl, 6% Trehalose, pH 8.0
Reconstitution We recommend briefly centrifuging the vial prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Reconstitute the lyophilized protein in sterile deionized water to a recommended concentration of 0.1–1.0 mg/mL. If used immediately after reconstitution, glycerol is not required. If not for immediate use, after the protein is completely dissolved, add glycerol to a final concentration of 5%–50% (default: 50%), aliquot as needed, and store at -20℃/-80℃ for long-term storage. If dilution is needed during subsequent use, dilute with the same buffer as the protein, but without stabilizers (e.g., glycerol, trehalose, etc).

Description

ICOSLG (B7-H2) plays a critical role in T cell costimulation and is implicated in tumor immune evasion, making it a key target for immuno-oncology research. This recombinant human ICOSLG fragment (aa 19–258) demonstrates robust binding to its cognate receptor ICOS with an EC50 of 29.04–43.59 ng/ml in functional ELISA, supporting use as a coating antigen for antibody screening, an ELISA positive control, or a ligand in T cell activation and proliferation assays using primary PBMCs or purified T cell subsets. Produced in mammalian cells with a C-terminal 6×His tag, the protein retains… Read more
