Stimulates collagen synthesis and skin repair
Palmitoyl Tripeptide-1 (Pal-GHK) is the lipidated derivative of the naturally occurring GHK tripeptide, with a palmitoyl chain that enhances dermal penetration through the lipid-rich stratum corneum. It stimulates fibroblast production of Collagen I, III, and Fibronectin via the matrikine signaling pathway. In the widely used Matrixyl 3000® complex, it is paired with Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7 (Rigin) to provide complementary collagen-building and anti-inflammatory actions.

Palmitoyl Tripeptide-1‘s matrikine activity is based on the same endogenous GHK signaling that naturally occurs during collagen matrix remodeling. The palmitoyl group makes the ingredient formulation-versatile: it is compatible with both aqueous and lipid-based systems. As a core component of Matrixyl 3000, one of the most commercially proven anti-aging peptide complexes, its efficacy is supported by substantial clinical evidence. Produced via SPPS to ≥95% purity (HPLC + MS).
