Palmitoyl Tripeptide-38 is a synthetic matrikine-mimetic lipopeptide designed to stimulate the production of key extracellular matrix (ECM) components, including collagen, hyaluronic acid, and other structural proteins involved in maintaining skin firmness and elasticity. By acting across multiple skin layers, it helps improve skin smoothness, hydration, and the appearance of wrinkles. 

Main characteristics

Palmitoyl Tripeptide-38 stimulates the production of six key extracellular matrix (ECM) components, including collagens, fibronectin, laminin, and hyaluronic acid, combining collagen-supporting and hydration-enhancing benefits within a single molecule. This broad-spectrum ECM activation makes it one of the most advanced signal peptides used in modern anti-aging skincare formulations. Stable at pH 4.5–7.5. Compatible with standard serum and cream bases. Produced via SPPS to ≥95% purity (HPLC + MS).
